To ensure this, our company charges a nominal fee for in-person site visits and detailed quotes, as these allow us to fully evaluate the scope of your project. For smaller projects, we also offer the option of a free online estimate based on the details and measurements you provide. If you choose to hire us for your project, the site visit fee will be credited toward the final cost of the job.

We offer two flexible pricing options to accommodate your project needs. For a fixed approach, we can provide an accurate project quote based on the full scope of work. Alternatively, we offer an hourly rate option, which comes with a project estimate. The hourly rate can be a cost-effective choice for projects that progress smoothly without unexpected setbacks. Whichever option you choose, we ensure transparency and quality at every stage.

Once we finalize the project details and agreement, the next steps include setting a start date that works for your schedule and ensuring all necessary permits are acquired. We’ll handle the permitting process to ensure your project complies with local regulations, allowing us to begin work smoothly and on time.

Upon completing your project, we will conduct a final walkthrough inspection with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This step allows us to address any last-minute adjustments and confirm your complete satisfaction before closing out the project.
